ICRA Heavy Civil Deep Foundation

When construction projects involve excavation, deep foundation and civil utilities at or near an occupied medical facility, extra care and planning is needed to prevent patients and staff from outside contaminants either caused by the construction itself or found in surrounding soil.

Planning, monitoring and communication between contractors and facility staff is key in minimizing risk of exposure and infection. The ICRA Heavy Civil Deep Foundation training is a unique program that dives into much of the same principles as the ICRA 8-hour and 24-Hour programs, but provides more detail on utilities, contaminants, and remediation steps unique to soil and substrate disturbances.
