Starting out as a janitor at a high school in New Jersey, Melvin put himself through college and entered the field of construction at 25. Through hard work and dedication, he has become one of the premier builders in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. His work life is second only to his family life. A dedicated father, coach, and husband, Melvin intends this to be a long-standing family company
