The growth and development of the members who attend our training programs is directly related to the outstanding drive and passion our staff offers. We are currently searching for an administrative professional who is highly skilled in Excel, Access and website database management systems in order to help our team facilitate the management of our training records at our Fargo Campus. Experience managing student scheduling is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities & Requirements
Provide office administration for the Carpenter and Millwright training programs such as, monitoring student progress, database management, state registration, student scheduling and facilitating questions as needed
Audit and maintain multiple student and records databases
Provide statistical analysis by use of student and training database reporting
Reviewing/answering phones and emails
Special Projects as assigned
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically; Access Database Management and Excel
Requires strong communications skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of Mail Merge
Experience with student scheduling software programs preferred
Bi-Lingual - preferred
