Merit Contracting

The Carpenters Union and Merit Contracting are seeking individuals of all experience levels in the areas of flat roof installation, water proofing and metal flashing installation to join their team.

In partnership with Merit Contracting, the Carpenters Union recently expanded! We now have a subset to our Union dedicated to roofing. This partnership with Merit Contracting provides a commercial roofing contractor local to Rochester, MN.

Here is what you can earn:
Apprentice wages start at $21.13 + $15.91 (fringe benefits) = $37.04 total package
Journeyman wages are $32.50 + $17.17 (fringe benefits) = $49.67 total package
Foreman wages are $35.00 + $17.17 (fringe benefits) = $52.17 total package
