Bargaining and Allocations

ATTENTION

Members working under the State of MN Highway, Railroad and Heavy Construction Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Please continue reading for important information regarding the upcoming bargaining and allocations for this CBA and how you can participate.

If you want to participate in this year’s allocations, plan to attend your February Local Meeting. Eligible members to attend and vote must be in good standing.

• Local 930: Thursday February 13th at 6:30 p.m.

• Local 361 Highway Heavy: Tuesday, February 4th at 5:30 p.m., at The Dawghouse Bar and Grill, 7283 US-53, Canyon, MN 55717

• Local 606 Highway Heavy: Tuesday, February 4th at 5:30 pm.,. at The Dawghouse Bar and Grill, 7283 US-53, Canyon, MN 55717

• Local 1934: Wednesday, February 12th at 6:00 p.m.

• Local 1382: Thursday, February 20th at 5:30 p.m.

• Local 322: Tuesday, February 18th at 6:00 p.m.

• Local 464: Tuesday, February 18th at 5:30 p.m.

• Local 1847: Thursday, February 27th at 6:00 p.m. 

Please consider the following: $3.75 / hr. Wage Increase

• Wages
• Savings
• Flex (Health and DC)
• Worker Wellness Program (WWP) - NEW
• LIB/DB Pension
• Training

Prior to the allocations meeting, you can be better prepared by watching the educational videos on www.carpentersandjoinersbenefits.com regarding Flex-Choice and the LIB (DB) Pension.

Please note, there will be an increase in the pull rate for your health insurance, from $1,425 increasing to $1,525 beginning for the coverage month of July 2025. 

Final allocations will be ratified at the March 14^th delegate meeting, contractors will then be notified, and the new allocations will go into effect May 5, 2025.
